"We haven't had family photos in years."
I had the pleasure of photographing my aunt and uncle's family on Bald Head Island. The glowing sunshine, salt air and coastal breeze made for the perfect evening with the Jacobs family. They are such a joy filled family and capturing these precious memories for them was so heartwarming. Through playful interactions, heartfelt embraces and genuine laughter, I was quickly reminded of why I love family photography so much.
Documenting a family's love through photography will always be so gratifying to me. Family is everything and what's constant across all the families I've met, is their love for each other. There is such a deep importance of family photos for every season of life. These portraits are not only a way to capture the likeness of your loved ones, but they're also a way to capture moments in time.
